On March 29, 2023, the US District Court dismissed the case for lack of standing, and we immediately appealed that ruling.  On Tuesday, November 14th, at 10:00 AM the Second Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments for this case.  You may listen to the argument by following this link As a quick review
