Esteemed Judiciary Committee Members,
I am opposed to HB5448 AN ACT CONCERNING A RISK PROTECTION ORDER OR WARRANT. This bill is talking about taking away people's rights and due process. Basically, you're guilty until proven innocent.
I am in staunch support of HB5390 AN ACT CONCERNING THE DUTY TO RETREAT IN A HOUSE OF RELIGIOUS WORSHIP. People should not have to retreat when their lives are in danger at a church.
