Jonathan H. is collecting town paperwork for permits to carry. Trying to gather all information to point out issues with a town's process. The last two months a lot of people have been thinking permits to carry is a privilege when it should be a right. BFPE hearing is next Thursday. They're under new 'ownership' within the state, but still holding meetings at DPS. Woodbridge is making people sign 'hold harmless' agreements where they can go to your employer and ask about you and you can't sue the town if you get fired as a result of that inquiry. If anyone doesn't feel comfortable signing the paperwork, bring it in, let it get denied and immediately file an appeal with the board. Board is very good about overturning denials based solely on paperwork issues. ctpistolpermitissues.com
It appears that you can't open carry on the MTA, at least according to one conductor and the interpretive policy.
